FCFC Operations Associate
Position Summary
Assist Operations Managers with the management of existing and new client accounts for FCFC.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned.)
· Open new client accounts and process cash received for new accounts.
· Maintain all required paperwork on existing client accounts.
· Assist Operations Manager with trading and transfers and other trading functions within client accounts.
· Oversee distributions from client accounts and acquisition of assets from transferring institutions.
· Oversee reporting to clients on account performance.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree, or 2 years related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Effective oral and written communication skills.
· Ability to compute basic to moderately complex math calculations.
· Basic problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
· Proficiency in using personal computers and office products (e.g., Word, Excel). Familiarity with report–writing or spreadsheet software preferred.
· Familiarity with LPL’s operating platform (ClientWorks) and Redtail CRM a bonus.
